Make sure your photo is below 2MB. You can use JPEGmini to reduce the file size of your photo while maintaining quality. Make sure you don't make your photo too small! We need to be able to edit it. When in doubt, make it larger. Just keep it below 2MB.
Make sure there are no spaces, periods, or commas in the name fields. Make sure there are no periods or commas in the address fields. These are the most common errors.
Yes, it is best to use your own info. Use your real birthday but just wind the year back so you're currently 21. That way you don't have to memorize a fake birthday, a fake address, etc.
Yes, your info is safe with us. We use SSL encryption on our order form to protect your data while it's being submitted. We use private offshore web hosting so that NOBODY can access your information except for us. All of your information is permanently deleted after you receive your ID. We have to keep it temporarily just in case there is a problem with your order.
Organizing a group order can seem like a stressful task, but it's very easy if done correctly. You should first get everyone's info: Name, Birthday, Eye color, Hair color, Weight, Height, Sex, etc. Find out how many backup copies each person wants too. Do you want rush production? Collect cash from everyone in the group then decide which payment method you would like to use. Most importantly, read the photo instructions and make sure everyone in your group takes a good photo!

We ship from oversea. We use DHL, UPS or FedEx.
It takes 2 weeks from payment date for you to receive the ID. It will take a week from payment date if you rush it.
